• Items sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable.NO REFUND POLICY

• Price stated are all in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and excluding of postage.

• Sweets|sensation shall NOT be responsible for any couriers' (POSLAJU) issues including lost/damaged during the delivery. We will investigate and negotiate properly with customer to solve problems.

• Sometimes, colours might be slightly different due to picture resolution and lighting effect.

• After your purchase and payment successfully received, packing process and courier will be carried out within 48 hours (working days).

•  We will not entertain any request to change product once courier has been made. Please confirm appropriately your product before place the order.

•  All orders must come with payment proof and it is COMPULSORY. Order or payment notice without any proof or details will be ignored until given.

• Only ALL ABOUT FELT & COOKIES product can be delivered. Others you have to SELF PICKUP at AMAN PERDANA or other locations around KLANG,SHAH ALAM and SUBANG.
